Allison Leggin is passionate about helping people discover the power they have within their own lives to create change and encourage them towards growth. She has experience working with diverse age groups, but is especially passionate about helping couples and families. She counsels from a client-centered approach using a variety of creative practical methods and therapeutic techniques to assist clients in finding individualized solutions. Her style of therapy is straight forward and yet nurturing. She works with you to get to the heart of the matter so that you can have a greater perspective building from a foundation of truth.  Allison also provides counseling from a Christian perspective when it fits for her clients.

Allison Leggin holds a Masters degree in Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky. She chose a specialization in marriage and family therapy because it sees individuals through a lens of relationships and she highly values relationships in people’s lives.  Allison understands the challenges of trying to find balance in life. She has been married since 2002 to a supportive husband and the mother of 3 beautiful children, who continuously keep her on her toes as they develop.
